So SICK and TIRED of being SICK and TIRED...

Oh my goodness!!! I hate coughing..just hate it..i'd rather have the stomach flu...really i'm serious. With the stomach Flu its hell..but only for 24 hours!! coughing...has been hmmm let me see here..Oh i'm going on 12 days of hell now! I haven't been sick like this for 3 or 4 years ...ive been sick but not like this..the coughing keeps me up all night..well thats not true..it keeps the whole house up all night..and its not even a productive cough. All it does is invite its unproductive friends over for a party..soar throat..massive headaches, stuffy nose and they won't leave..i finally gave in and went to the Insta Care yesterday morning because I thought I may have phneomonia... my lungs hurt really bad. Luckily I don't Ive just pulled muscles from coughing so much and so hard.I feel like I've broken a rib. But I got some great antibiotics, and cough syrup that knocks me out..I took it last night and WOW..today my voice kindof sounds like a womans voice again. I feel 50% better and looking forward to kicking the cough and all his friends OUT..soon. it's crazy how bad a simple cold can take you down..I totally understand how it took down the aliens in World of Wars now..its nasty stuff. Tavis is starting to cough now, and my heart breaks for him..I don't want him to go what I have been going through. Isn't it funny how your whole schedule, house, and life can fall apart when the mom of the family gets sick...but not when the Dad get sick? Hmmm I wonder why that is. Im about 6 days over due for grocery shopping and the laundry and cleaning schedule I've been on has gone to the dogs..literally..Max likes to pull random socks out of the laundry pile on my couch and rip them apart! YEA. well, There is one good thing i've gotten out of this experiance..that I am so grateful for health..I've definetly taken her for granted..its nice to have her moving back in soon!!

Yes..I finally gave in and we bought A PUPPY. This was 4 months ago...just wait till i post pictures of him now...He' s all ready 50 pounds and not stopping. He's a great pyrenies. BIG DOG! Nate has all ways wanted a boxer..and I all most gave in BUT i couldnt they are such ugly dogs(sorry if any of you have one) im sure i would have loved it. Anyhow, Nate didn't give up on the dog thing..he showed me a picture of the great pyrenies puppy about a year ago and of coarse I loved it..but then i researched them. They grow to about 125 pounds and about 40inches tall. So I said absolutly NOT. you see Nate was raised with dogs and cats in the house...not me. and I hate shedding. so anyhow, about 4 months ago I scheduled myself out a saturday from the salon and we went down to an animal adobtion fair all day. we looked at so so many dogs..didn't like any of them, till we came upon a 2 year old pyrenies..I fell inlove with him, he had such a great feeling to him, Nate was so happy. needless to say, that kind of dog you need to get as a puppy to raise them around children. They are great dogs, usually raised on farms to protect the livestock from moose, bears, wolves...whatever. they aren't fighting dogs just intimidaters. Well, its very apparent that Hailey and Tavis are his flock..he's very protective of them and I love it. Anyhow, it's very hard to find these kind of puppies, and there were NONE in UTah. but we found a place in Wyoming that had two left..so we got him that day!!! He also doesn't shed!(just a little) I wish they would stay cute little puppies..he is getting sooooo big, sometimes I wonder what was I thinking? plus having a puppy is like having another child..the whole house training has about put me overboard...but he's a good dog and learns quick! Our house is surrounded by corn fields, and farms. we only have one neighbor on the right of us...which we lOVE..theres lots of creatures out in those fields like HUGE racoons..now I don't have to worry..we have MAX!! oh and I guess we have a cat now to. a week after we got max a black cat started to come around. Max and him are best friends now..they snuggle by each other on a sunny day outside and sleep..so cute. So we started to feed it..guess it's never going away now..but its nice because he kills alot of mice from those fields and so does Max. We love Max and its been good for our children to learn how to treat animals and to not be scared of them!

The Joys of potty training.....

I can't officially say that Hailey is potty trained...but she is really really close. I just wish she'd stop taking off her clothes. But I can say that there is a light at the end of the tunnel..I am really excited to be out of the diaper stage...atleast for while!

I love my Chicas!!! They have been through it all with me. Britt and I met in 9th grade Its crazy we are celebrating our 10 year high school reunion next year..CRAZY! there are sooo many memories with my dear britt...we literally have been through it all! from her holding my hand in the doctors office while they gave me a shot in the butt...to dating brothers, to her watching the birth of my daughter and I hers, we have had rough spots and hard times but we can never deny that we are friends FOREVER..I will allways be here for you Britt..ALLWAYS! Katie and I met when I was in 11th grade and she was in tenth. we had the same math class! we have been through alot as well..I'd say our friendship got stronger after my divorce..when I finally hit my lowest and started letting my friends into my life and into the truth of what I had been through..since then we have shared many many late night into the morning talks, lots of play dates and for some reason we get pregnant around the same time...which is great cause then we can complain to each other and let our husbands off the hook! Katie you have ALLways been there for me and I will ALLWAYS be there for you. I love you both so so much and look forward to sharing so many more memories, heartaches, Joys, and life together.

Birthday Wishes.....

My First Years Theme was ME!! I kicked it off by going to chillis with my best friends, we got together before hand and got all ready. I put colored extensions in them we went to a comedy show after, and after that went to IHop till 3 in the morning where we laughed and cried together! Not shown in this picture is Mandy my best sister ever and Reyna..some one I really look up to. It was a great kick off to a great "ME Year" In the year 2007 I went back to school got my cosmetology license, assisted an amazing hairstylist, participated in two great hair shows, and made lots of new great friends!!!

In the Year 2008 My theme was to get to know Jesus christ and heavenly father on a more personal note. I started that year off by an un planned trip out to Missouri to visit my grandma who had just had a stroke. there I was spiritually fed by family members I hadn't seen in years..setting me on a path to discover what faith meant. I then started studying the Bible, all the parts that described Jesus time on earth, that sent me on a reading fit of D&C and 3rd nephi where I really got to know Jesus and heavenly fathers character more..but most of all I started praying and meditating more than not...this is how I really got to know them, I quieted myself long enough to actually hear them and feel them, It was an amazing year!

This year the kick off was my mom taking me shopping on my birthday. she bought me all new temple stuff and a temple dress that is SO my personality, to follow that was my Young womans in Excellence night....

Okay so not really a wish..but a goal! Every year on my birthday I take the time to evaluate what s going on with me and what I need to work on or learn more about. I started doing this on my 26th Birthday, so this is just the third year i have done this, and its funny because it didn't start out being that big of a deal to me but it is now! infact its not a goal anymore that I search and pray for its a THEME. you are probably asking WHAT? well what I mean is a week or so before my birthday I go "soul searching" I ask my heavenly father to help me know what "theme" to pick for the upcoming year of my life, Sometimes i know way before my birthday and sometimes it hits me right before midnight strikes.. none the less the last three years my prayers have been answered in time. I have three pictures showing what my themes have been. I am really really excited about this years theme..The temple, and its interesting to me of how each theme has gotten me to this one First...finding myself, Second finding God, and now finding his blessings...in all of these areas I am still learning and growing but building myself a strong foundation. I don't know if I have mentioned yet that one of my callings in church is a beehive instructor (which i so so Love my girls) But I tell you this now because our new YW president has decided that our "theme" for the girls next year 2010 will be temples...so that means we are going to every temple from the Logan Temple to the Manti doing baptisms for the dead!!! How FREAKING exciting is that. So for our yW in excellence night last week we had the head matron sister Child come and speak, as she spoke my chest was on fire with the love of god and how he knows me. Who knew better than the Lord that not just the girls needed it but so did I. I know that he knows my heart. Nate and I are not sealed in the temple, however i am still sealed to my Ex..Now alot of people have asked me if that bothers me and my answer is "no" they also ask me why I haven't gotten a temple divorce? and my answer is it's not up to me. You see in my church a man can be sealed to more than one woman but a woman cannot that doesn't mean i am still legally married to him I am just still sealed to him. I believe it's simply to keep order. But my sealing to my ex cannot be broken until Nate and I are married in the temple and even when that day (I pray) comes that Nate and I are sealed, I still have to get permission from the first presidency to have a temple divorcement from my ex husband. Whew does that all make sense? The thing of it is is the reason why They wont break the sealing between Jon and I is because then I couldn't enjoy the blessings of the temple ordinances and really I am so happy that I have these blessings in my life, and all though Nate and I are not sealed YET. I believe some day soon we will be! So that being said my temple theme this year is very near and dear to my heart. I love going to the temple every month with my ward family at ward temple night and I love going by myself But I do dream of the day when hand and hand Nate and Iwill go together. theres NOTHING more cleansing other than the sacrament I believe than to spend time with my Father in heaven, I know that this year has alot in store for me with better understandings and a higher awareness of my own personal mission and place here on earth and here after.

My Taylor Andrews Angels....2004

I just came across these pictures from back in 2003-2004. I had to post them and give a shout out to all of you angels in a time of my life that was really hard. this picture was taken just a month after my divorce to "chapter one" had just come to pass and all of you were their for me to give me strength and courage. Thankyou girls..I love all of you!! Mckenna must have been sluffin that day...but none the less important to me!! We all need to get together SOON!!!

(disregaurd the guy in the first picture... do you girls remember him?...what a pimp daddy He actually still does hair...we all thought he wouldn't graduate much less be a hair dresser..i ran into him last year at a salon..I was very suprised!! AHH the memories)
